How long have you worked at Pond?

- What’s your background – qualifications, previous experience?
Background in customer service / Music & Music Management – worked at GAME and Screwfix for about 4 years each, before that owned my own music production company in the US.
- What are the first three things you do when you get to the office in the morning?
Think about what I want for breakfast, check through my tickets to close any I’d missed, and then schedule in calls for the day.
- What do you enjoy most about your job?
That I get to do something I enjoy, and that we have an office dog.
- What’s your biggest achievement?
Making it onto the 2nd line support team (At Pond)
Starting my own company at 18 (Overall)
- What can we catch you doing at the weekend?
I’m a nerd, so probably playing PC games, most likely Star Wars: The Old Republic
- What is your favourite motto?
Autopilot reset it
- Which three things could you not live without?
Cheese, steak, bread
- Who is your idol?
Richard Jenkins

A food replicator so I can eat whatever I want.
